Originally built in 1888 by Koenigsbruk & Boehmer, the historic building at 320 W Walnut Street served as a hub for agricultural commerce during Springfield's rise as a regional trade center. Today, reimagined as Ko&Bo, the restored three-story brick landmark blends its original character—arched windows, exposed brick and industrial roots—with modern loft-style living in the heart of downtown.
